By accessing and using the services of Urban Tree Cutting, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking any service.
1. Service Agreement
All tree cutting, trimming, or branch removal work will be carried out as per the agreed scope after a site inspection.
A written confirmation and signature will be required before the start of any job.
2. Property Ownership
The client must be the legal owner of the property or have written permission from the owner to carry out the requested tree work.
Urban Tree Cutting will not be held responsible for disputes arising due to unauthorized service requests.
A signature and ID proof will be taken as consent before proceeding.
3. Site Access & Safety
The client is responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to the work area.
Children, pets, and valuables must be kept away from the work zone for safety reasons.
4. Delays & Rescheduling
Delays due to weather or unforeseen conditions may lead to rescheduling. We will inform clients in advance where possible.
5. Payment Terms
Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For larger projects, a booking advance may be required.
6. Liability & Damage
We take all precautions during work, but we are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, underground utilities, or client negligence.
Our team is fully insured, and safety measures are strictly followed.
7. Waste Disposal
All waste generated will be cleaned and disposed of responsibly unless otherwise requested by the client.
8. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Last-minute cancellations may incur a service charge.
9. Use of Media
We may capture photos or videos during work for training or marketing purposes. If you do not consent, please inform us in advance.
10. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of our services implies agreement with the most current version.
